1. About Our Store

2. Use of Our Website
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. You must not use our website for unlawful activities, place fraudulent orders, use payment methods without authorization, or interfere with the security or operation of our store.
3. Product Information
Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, and any care instructions before purchasing.
We aim to display our products accurately. Colors may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Such variations do not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
4. Prices and Payment
The applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Please review the total before completing your purchase.
Future price changes do not change the price of an order already accepted.
If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not increase the price or substitute another product without your agreement. If the order is canceled, any payment collected for the canceled order will be refunded.
5. Orders, Changes, and Cancellations
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact jerry@kigi-textile.com as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after dispatch, without affecting your applicable return or statutory cancellation rights.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a payment issue, or suspected fraud, we will notify you. Any payment collected for items we cancel will be refunded, together with associated shipping charges that are no longer applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship from Shanghai, China. Estimated transit time to the United States is approximately 5 business days after dispatch, excluding order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
7. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting jerry@kigi-textile.com with your order number.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.
We cover return shipping costs, including returns for non-defective items. Please arrange the return with us so we can confirm how shipping will be provided or reimbursed.
Further return conditions and procedures are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in our policies limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Restocking Fee for Non-Defective Returns
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error on our part, a restocking fee of 15% of the actual purchase price paid for the returned item, excluding taxes and shipping charges, will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.
This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where prohibited by law.
We continue to cover return shipping costs. The restocking fee is separate from return shipping and does not transfer responsibility for return shipping costs to the customer.
This fee applies only to orders placed after the fee has been published in our policies. It will not be applied retroactively to earlier orders.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact jerry@kigi-textile.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law. No restocking fee applies to these returns, and we cover the necessary return shipping costs.
10. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund outcome and explain any applicable deductions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider. We will process refunds within any time limits required by applicable law.
For eligible non-defective returns, the 15% restocking fee described above will be deducted from the returned item’s purchase price. Any required tax adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
